The short version. This website does not set any cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and tracking scripts. Under UK rules, a site must ask for your consent before using any of them, unless they are strictly necessary for a service you have asked for.
What this site uses
Nothing that requires consent. Specifically, TomorrowKit does not use:
- Google Analytics or any other analytics cookies
- Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising pixels
- Hotjar or other session-recording tools
- Marketing, retargeting or behavioural profiling cookies
- Social media widgets, share buttons or autoplay embeds
The site is plain HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript that runs in your browser. Nothing is stored on your device, and the page works the same whether or not JavaScript is switched on.

The typefaces used on this site are served from our own server, not from a font network, so opening a page does not tell any third party that you visited.
The waitlist form
The beta waitlist form is handled by Netlify Forms, which is part of the hosting for this site rather than a separate service. It does not set a cookie when you sign up, and spam is filtered using a hidden field in the form rather than by tracking you. If that ever changes, we will list it in the table above and ask for your consent first.
Server logs
Our host keeps standard server logs, which normally include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site available and secure, not to build a profile of you. Logs are not cookies and are covered in our Privacy Notice.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because this site does not set any, blocking them will not change how it works. The Information Commissioner's Office has general guidance at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we add anything that stores information on your device, we will update this page, show the date of the change and ask for consent where the law requires it.
