Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 2026 · Version 0.1 (pre-launch draft)

Please read this first. TomorrowKit is a product concept in development. This website exists to explain the idea and collect a beta waitlist. This notice is a plain-English placeholder written for that limited purpose. It will be replaced with a full privacy notice before any beta release, and reviewed by a suitably qualified adviser before the product processes family information.

Who we are

TomorrowKit is a product experiment from The Privacy Blueprint, based in the United Kingdom. For the information collected through this website, The Privacy Blueprint is the data controller.

If you have a question about this notice, or about information we hold about you, email hello@tomorrowkit.co.uk.

Placeholder: add the registered trading name, postal address, company number if applicable, and ICO registration number here before launch.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the TomorrowKit website and the free beta waitlist. It does not yet cover the TomorrowKit app, because the app is not available. A separate notice will be published before anyone uses the product with real family information.

What we collect

We only collect what the waitlist needs to work. If you join the waitlist, that is:

What we deliberately do not ask for

Please do not include details like these in the free-text box. If you do, we will delete them.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

How we use waitlist information under the UK GDPR
What we doWhyLawful basis
Email you about beta access, testing and launch You asked to join the waitlist Consent, which you can withdraw at any time

Keep the site secure and working To run a website responsibly Legitimate interests

We will not use your details to market unrelated products or services, and we will not sell them.

Tracking and advertising

This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or marketing cookies. There are no social media widgets, autoplay embeds or third-party font requests. See our Cookie Notice for the detail.

Who else is involved

To run this site and the waitlist we use a small number of service providers, acting on our instructions:

We do not use a separate analytics, advertising or customer-tracking provider.

Placeholder: Netlify is a United States company, so waitlist submissions are stored outside the UK. Confirm and record the transfer safeguard you are relying on, name the email provider once chosen, and check Netlify's current subprocessor list before launch.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until TomorrowKit launches, until you ask us to remove you, or until it is clear the project is not going ahead, whichever comes first. If the waitlist has been inactive for 24 months we will delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

Email hello@tomorrowkit.co.uk and we will respond within one month. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Children

This website is for parents and carers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information about children through it, and the waitlist form does not ask for any.

Security

Information is held in access-controlled accounts with the providers we use, and transmitted over an encrypted connection. Our security design will continue to be assessed as the product develops.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
